Collect In Store Option
Collect in store is a free option which allows you to cut out the delivery times and collect at your leisure.
Items must be collected from: Krazy Price Limited – 36 Knifesmithgate, Chesterfield, S40 1RQ
Please bring with you the confirmation e-mail as proof of purchase on the day of collection.
We offer a 14 day returns policy – which covers any product that is ready-made/pre-packed.
We firstly can offer an exchange for any other item, or if preferred a refund.
The item must be returned in a perfectly sellable condition with all packaging and no alterations made. (Exactly how the item was sent)
- Pencil pleat curtains cannot be returned if the header tape has been tampered with, the curtains have been used, washed, or have the string tied at either end which makes it unsellable.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund if we feel the product is unfit for return and is in an unsellable condition.
- Unsellable conditions will stand as ripped/broken or no packaging, used or damaged products, altered products. We must receive the product back as it was sent to you previously.

We cannot however offer any exchange/refund on material/net curtains which have been cut to size. We will always check every cut to size item for marks, or faults. However in the circumstance that you receive a product which has an error, we will immediately sort an exchange. We cannot offer a refund if an item has become damaged after self-repair or getting someone else to repair it.
- Ensure your sizes
When purchasing any net curtain/material off the roll we stress to ensure your sizes as we cannot replace or exchange if the fault is not ours. We can only go by the sizes we are given on order, so please double check before ordering.
- Changing a size
If you have ordered the sizes and immediately realise they are incorrect, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone or e-mail and we can change the order.
However, if the product has been dispatched (up to 48 hours approximately after the order) we cannot change your order and the product will be sent out.
We always ensure to check every product before it is sent for delivery, on the rare occasion something may pass through which appears to be faulty we will offer an immediate replacement or refund as soon as we receive the product back.
A faulty item is something which is:
- Broken or Damaged
- Unusable (‘Not fit for purpose’)
We cannot class an item as faulty if it is purely damaged by wear and tear, accident or misuse.
